RTM reporting software will show you what is happening at every site or allow you to easily create reports on demand. Using our pre-configured or customised reports, you can get a deeper insight into specific events and know where your resources are being utilised to make better decisions around your assets.

Asset Monitoring

Live information on your assets keeps you updated with utilisation and uptime.

Our RTM Helpdesk Call Centre team is available anytime, day or night.

We can help you with your request, ensuring if it is a phone call, a new ticket is logged into the Customer Portal for the contractor to update once they are onsite or logged into the system needing service.

Local Support

Our team are technically trained in your industry assets, to ensure the right contractors are reached for the job saving you time and money in rectification.

RTM can log into your systems, verify the registered problem and sometimes fix it immediately. If not, a ticket is raised with specific technical information to direct the contractor to the problem, and the resolution time is monitored and reported to you.
