On a personal level, life took a pivotal turn when her son was diagnosed with autism. Navigating the challenges of after-hours care and support gave Wendy invaluable insight into the critical importance of accessible, responsive, and efficient services — and ignited her determination to drive real change in industries where care is paramount.

Wendy began her journey in the health and aged care sector as National Sales Manager at CareTech and RTM Solutions. Over seven years in that role she identified where customer service could be elevated to new heights — and that vision led directly to the creation of RTM Cloud. Through initiatives like an innovative training app, RTM Cloud puts support and resources at team members' fingertips, empowering them to deliver exceptional care.
