About our CEO
The story of Real Time Monitoring (RTM) Cloud began with a vision: to transform customer service in the health and aged care sector. As the CEO of RTM, my journey to this point has been fuelled by a deep passion for helping others and finding innovative solutions that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
My professional background is rooted in customer service. For over fifteen years, I worked in the beauty industry, where I discovered the profound satisfaction that comes from solving problems, helping others, and making people feel better about themselves. This passion for service became the cornerstone of my career.
On a personal level, my life took a pivotal turn when my son was diagnosed with autism. Navigating the challenges of after-hours care and support gave me invaluable insight into the critical importance of accessible, responsive, and efficient services. This experience ignited my determination to drive change in industries where care and support are paramount.
I began my journey in the health and aged care sector as the National Sales Manager at CareTech and RTM Solutions, where my husband, Matt Ryan, served as the CEO. Over my seven years in that role, I identified areas where I believed we could do better—where customer service could be elevated to new heights. It was this vision that led to the creation of Real Time Monitoring Cloud. RTM Cloud is not just a business; it’s a mission to revolutionise how care providers operate. Through initiatives like our innovative training app, we’ve made support and resources available at team members’ fingertips, empowering them to deliver exceptional care.
One of my core purposes in life is to help others and make a difference. At RTM, I’m proud to see this purpose come to life, not only in the services we provide to our customers but also in the impact we have on our internal team and their families.
Outside of work, I’m a proud parent to three amazing sons and a beautiful stepdaughter. My weekends are often spent cheering on the sidelines of rugby fields as two of my sons play union or hosting family barbecues for Sunday lunch—a tradition that brings us all together. I’m also an avid sports enthusiast and a regular at the gym, where my competitive spirit thrives.
