How it works
When an event is triggered, rtm uses its preconfigured, customer specified rules to action a notification alert.
These alerts can be singular notifications or a combination of emails, messages on local DECT or mobile devices or display board representations.
rtm ensures the person or group responsible are notified immediately via the preferred and most appropriate customer-chosen method. Every alert is logged in the RTM (SQL) Database for monitoring, reporting and audit purposes.
