"The story of RTM Cloud began with a vision: to transform customer service in the health and aged care sector. My journey to this point has been fuelled by a deep passion for helping others and finding innovative solutions that make a meaningful difference in people's lives."
Angela's professional background is rooted in customer service. For over fifteen years she worked in the beauty industry, discovering the profound satisfaction that comes from solving problems, helping others and making people feel better about themselves. That passion for service became the cornerstone of her career.
On a personal level, life took a pivotal turn when her son was diagnosed with autism. Navigating the challenges of after-hours care and support gave Angela invaluable insight into the critical importance of accessible, responsive and efficient services — and ignited her determination to drive real change in industries where care is paramount.
Angela began her journey in the health and aged care sector as National Sales Manager at CareTech and RTM Solutions. Over seven years in that role she identified where customer service could be elevated, and that vision led directly to the creation of RTM Cloud — including an innovative training app that puts support and resources at team members' fingertips.
